Reorganized and rebuilt the technology team

properties. Media Metrix ranks the Infonautics Network as reaching
over 3% of all Internet users monthly. The Sleuth products send over
1,000,000 personalized emails daily.
Oversaw technology managers and all software
engineers, system administrators, quality assurance, and graphic
designers. Setup and directed an offshore development team for
product maintenance.

Created processes and culture for developing
innovative new products that solved business needs.
Supervised implementation for strategic
partnerships with dozens of companies including AOL.com, Lycos, NewsAlert,
ON24, RagingBull and ESPN. Lead and
mentored technical management team as the size of the product development
team doubled to 65.

Lead tiger
team of 10 people to re-architect eLibrary.com to triple its capacity,
double its speed and halve its cost of operation. Exceeded all these
goals. Recruited and managed a team
of 8 people. Included compensation management, personnel
development, performance appraisal, motivation, and conflict
resolution.
Infonautics Corporation - Project Leader/Sr. Software Engineer
Lead a cross-functional team of 25 people to
successfully create a knowledge management product for Hewlett
Packard. This product later spawned an entire division within the
company. Responsible for performance
tuning, scalability analysis, and rapid problem solving.
Developed information extraction and
information retrieval software for the Electric Library product.
Picker International - Sr. Software Engineer
Architected a multi-threaded, RPC based server
for use in medical image processing systems.
